12"H x 36"W x 1 1/4D. This is one of my all-time favorite landscape images. I have a bit of emotional attachment because I scouted and shot this scene for three years. I had spotted this shot on the way to a feature shoot in the boondocks when I spied this scene and shouted, how cool this would be when the bluebonnets came out, imagine my surprise when I rolled upon it one morning and the paintbrushes were there.
I shot it so as to tie it into the wind theme of the windmill by shooting a slower shutter to get some wispy movement of the grass for the wind feeling.
